Absolutely. While we recommend using a tablet or computer for most tasks, JobPilot is fully responsive. Your team can clock into tasks, upload photos of finished work, and check material specs directly from a tablet or smartphone at their workbench. This keeps everyone synced without requiring a dedicated PC at every station. There are some limitations when using a phone (No reports or settings access), but the main functionality of the software is available.
We built JobPilot to be "plug-and-play" because we know the shop floor never stops. Most users are able to import their customers, set up their first custom workflow, and send their first quote within a short period of time, and we are available to assist with data import. You don't need a degree in computer science; if you can navigate a basic website, you can run your entire business on JobPilot.
